In The Beginning
Centered on people. Built for what's next.
People-centered strategy consulting for businesses and individuals figuring out what comes next.
Whether you're building something new, rethinking what already exists, or trying to understand what isn't working, I help you get underneath the problem, uncover what might be getting missed, and build a clear strategy for moving forward.

The Philosophy
People are still the point.
We have more ways than ever to know what people do, what they respond to, what they want, and where their attention goes.
That information matters. But people can't be reduced to data points. We're layered, nuanced, shaped by context and experience, and always evolving. What someone does can tell you something. Understanding the human behind it can tell you much more.
That takes curiosity. Looking beyond the immediate signal to understand the person, the context, and what may be changing.
Data is an input. Understanding the human behind it is the work. Strategy is what we do with that understanding.
Because if you're building for more than the moment, understanding people isn't a step you complete once. It's something you keep paying attention to.

The Starting Point Doesn't.
Whether I'm working with a business trying to understand its audience or a person trying to understand their next move, I start in the same place:
Pay attention to the human.

Meet Jasmine
I didn't set out to become a strategist. I became one long before I knew there was a name for it.
For 15+ years, I've worked across sales, partnerships, marketing, media, brand strategy, and entrepreneurship. Different industries, audiences, and problems kept showing me the same thing: the best strategy usually starts with a better understanding of people.

The consultation is a short introductory conversation to understand what brought you here, what you're trying to figure out, and whether working together makes sense.
Consultations are typically 15 minutes and held virtually.
Yes. The introductory consultation is free, and there's no obligation to move forward. It's simply a chance for us to understand what you need and determine whether there's a good fit.
That's okay. You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined problem or solution. Sometimes the thing you think you need help with isn't where we ultimately find the gap. We'll start with what you know, get underneath what's happening, and determine the right way forward from there.
If it feels like a fit, I'll recommend the best next step based on what you actually need. That might be Foundation Strategy, a Growth Partnership, or a Heart Session. We'll confirm the scope, pricing, and next steps before anything is booked or paid for.
Most work can be done virtually, so location doesn't have to be a barrier. In-person work may be available depending on the engagement, location, and scope.
